    What methods of payment are accepted via the online shop?

    How long would take the delivery ?

    Deliveries are guaranteed within 24 to 48 hours. The next day if you order before 10:00am.
    If you wish to be delivered on a particular day, you can stipulate a delivery date at the time of your purchase.

    You receive an e-mail confirming the delivery date after you checkout.

    Do I need an account to order with ProBox ?

    No, you can also order as a guest, although we recommend that you create an account for several reasons:

    • Faster order confirmation
    • Quick access to the history and follow-up of your orders
    • Receive a preview of our latest news
    Is my order secure and safe ?

    When you place an order with your credit card, all the information you enter is secured with SSL technology. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to our payment service where your payment request is authorised. Your banking information is not stored on our servers at any time.

    Is my personal data protected?

    Our clients data base is strictly confidential and remains within the company. Under no circumstances does ProBox diffuse or share our clients’ private data. For more information, you can consult our Privacy Policy at any time.

    How can I follow my order?

    If you have registered at the online shop, you can view your order history under your ProBox account after logging in. For each order, you will be informed whether the order has already been paid for or is in the process of being shipped. We also send you an e-mail when we receive your order and a second e-mail as soon as the goods leave our stock (dispatch confirmation).

    If you are not registered, you are not able to view your online order at a later date. However, you will always be informed via e-mail.

    What will happen if I am not at home at the moment of the delivery ?

    At the time of ordering, you can specify a 2nd delivery address which must be in the area.
    Whether it’s a neighbour or a local shop, delivery will be made within the promised timeframe.
    If you haven’t specified a second address, the delivery will be postponed later.

    What are the delivery costs for online orders ?

    EXPRESS delivery is free in Belgium and the Netherlands from €125 of purchase.
    Below 125€ of purchase, the delivery costs 9,95€ onwards in Belgium and the Netherlands.

    What shall I do to modify or cancel my order ?

    To change or cancel an order, simply send us an e-mail with the purchase order number.
    In the event of a change of delivery address, stipulate the new delivery address.
    In the event of a change in the order, we can pay you the difference or the totality in the form of a credit note, another product or a refund.

    Do you sell packaging material in large quantities ?

    We work elegantly with professional movers or companies needing large quantities of packing materials.
    The cartons can also be personalised with your company’s colours.
    To receive a personalised offer, contact us via e-mail. We will respond to your request within 24h.

    How can I become a business partner ?

    If you are a removal company or a player in the sector (Storage, Vehicle Rental, …). Contact us in order to benefit from preferential rates as well as a web partnership to boost your business and offer your customers a personalised hardware solution.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order ?

    Once the order has been validated, we reserve the right to accept or refuse the order, even if you have received a confirmation email or your payment has been approved. If your payment has already been approved and we refuse the order, we will refund you on the payment method used.

    Any cancellation on an order placed on the online shop will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 1.00 regardless of the time elapsed since the order was placed (even if it is only one second) as we are charged for cancellations by our banking partners.

    Please note that all orders already prepared or shipped cannot be cancelled.

    What do I do if a product is missing from my order?

    If a product is missing, please contact us immediately.
